Who do you predict to be in the Superbowl?

My pick this year is THE Atlanta Falcons (12-2). Great record, so far, except for the Saints -(who are notorious for playing dirty - Bonus Hits), and then Carolina.

Detroit tonight.

As always, cheer for the NFC Team.

P.S. Most favorite team always - Cowboys.

I would pick the Falcons, but they haven't won a single playoff game since Matt Ryan was drafted (0-3) and they just now had two consecutive winning seasons for the first time in franchise history. I can't pick a team to win a Super Bowl if they've never won a playoff game. Saints have the worst defense in the NFL, so they won't make it either. I'm thinking Packers-Patriots.

Broncos are a good call. Can't bet against Manning when he's on his pinpoint passing binge, like he is now. Don't trust him in bad playoff weather though - and he'll get a January playoff game in Denver. Skins won't because RGIII will collapse when the pressure's on. Excellent call though. Probably a better chance than Pack-Pats. I just know that quarterbacks win playoff games and it's hard to imagine Rodgers or Brady choking in the postseason.

I'm a Redskins fan ... so I had to put them in there like I do every year haha :-) I do believe the Broncos will go though. If I had to bet on it, I'd say Packers-Broncos.

Alright roo, I got your truce right here (pointing to my sack). We're 3-0 in BCS games, what's chokelahoma's record? Didn't they get beatdown by a division 2 team (Boise State) in a BCS game? How much were those tickets? How much were the tickets when WVU came out to Arizona and absolutely buried you guys in the Fiesta Bowl by three tds? I remember we set the record for most scrubs played in a bcs game - all of them. We had scout team kids out there in the 3rd.

Those seats are nice though. I've sat in the luxury boxes at a couple nfl stadiums and they do everything but stir your drinks and give bj's. Well, I think they do stir the drinks.

What happened to Notre Dame though? Off that bandwagon today? Last time I saw the Irish suffer that much it was because they ran out of potatoes.

And Atlanta absolutely blew that game. They gave up 4 touchdowns in the second half of a playoff game to a rookie quarterback with a college coach. I'd probably keep my money off them. Real footbal fans know this - you're the first Falcon fan I've heard gloat in the least. Not a wise move.

LOL

Touchy, touchy there Baconist. It doesn't matter how you play the game...it only matters if you WIN!! And Win We Did!!

Why can't you share in my jubilance over a great VICTORY!?

Yes, Notre Dame was a bad showing, but even I said the Crimson Tide was the pick. And we love Nick Saban - a quality guy for sure. However, that show of "unsportsmanlike conduct" in the last quarter when they were up - what 42 to 14? And he's in a tirade on the sidelines? Come on... and then the QB AJ McCarron and the Center Barret Jones getting into it? Exciting to say the least, but really - get in a fight with your own teammate (and roommate)- even if they did "make up" later...come on.

Notre Dame not prepared for the "big guys" - just like another team I know...gee, who could that be? LOL

Patriots vs 49ers Superbowl. If Atlanta gets in, they will get beat worse than Notre Dame did in the NCAA Championship. How can someone brag about a team that blew a 20 point lead in the fourth quarter? LOL!

Don't matter - we won(And that's all that matters!) V-I-C-T-O-R-Y!

Way to go, ATL!!

Granted, Tom Brady and team probably get the rings, but it would be nice to see some different (new) teams. Would be nice to see Randy get to go, too...but still have to push for Atlanta.

Just glad Broncos out of it. That's what elway gets for being nasty and mean to Timbo and sending him on his way.

Actually, winning that game is not all that matters. It's only a divisional championship. And Elway wasn't mean or nasty to Tebow. He worked individually with Tebow to help him get better. Replacing players with better players is just business.
