Does anyone else find it a little odd that some of these total tally numbers add up to exactly 500? 283-217, 280-220. maybe it's just me, but I find it hard to believe that there was exactly 500 members who voted. I'm not saying the ones who posted them are at fault but maybe the ones who did the counting.

Very suspicious. But so is having people get up and exit the building to show you want to vote. Shady!

This was the biggest hoax of all the tactics they've used thus far. I counted at each meeting today, they have stacked their deck once again. I saw several of the same members vote no at each meeting. Plus my numbers do not add up to 500 as do the figures our thieves have come up with. I'm making my vote be counted next week. Call me what you will, but I need my job, and there is absolutely no reason for us to have lost this vote. We ere obviously the majority.

You should report these idiots to the NLRB. That was not a vote, that was a sham.
Either that or move to decertify your local.

If they made you Perp Walk past them in order to vote YES on simply allowing a vote, congratulations on being man enough to stand-up to their intimidation tactic.

You should keep walking, right past them and back into the mill.

I'm amazed at the crap going on down there - sort of magnifies why unions have been passed by. A handful of a-holes - led by one special a-hole that doesn't even work at Constellium - ruining the lives of 700 other men, many of whom already get dicked around by archaic seniority work rules.

What a joke.

It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic

To clarity: this is a vote on the final offer to us. It is what we, our wives, politicians, our community has bees asking for. Let's get back to work. This is the fairest contract offered, and it really is the last one. Write a big YES.

I have read on another post that there will be another meeting on tuesday and wednesday, but i am trying to figure out what they will be voting for if the latest offer ended last night at midnight. And i do agree that the voting did seem unfair and the votes dont add up of not all were there...can someone clarify all this.

lies from the hall in the 1130 meeting there was only 44 people that voted no. they made everyone who wanted to vote on contract stand up and walk out the back door infront of everyone else. this was done to intimidate people to not go against the negotiating team. pathetic
A tactic borrowed from the ruling party in North Korea, perhaps.

Those who want to vote against the sole candidate on the ballot must go to a special booth to cross out the candidate's name before dropping it into the ballot box—an act which, according to many North Korean defectors, is far too risky to even contemplate.
