You are correct, except know that it is also anticipated to become a small recording studio. These will be in the upper portion of the 'jailhouse'. The rest of the building will house a small coffee shop and new book store. This is a part of a initiative to revitalize some of the buildings in Ravenswood.

You are correct, it did close. The equipment was transferred to a nearby location aka "Ike's Recreation" which later became an antique shop. This will apparently become the new gym facility operated by a local resident. There is a sign in the window of this shop front with more information.

Where is Ike's? I need to join a gym. On second thought it would interfer with my Queen-ship.
