Are you nuts? They can pay a million to a consultant to tell them how to "get along." Constellium should of thought about that B4 the strike, NOT after!

Hard to forget when you've been wronged. Forgive yes, but never forget!

NEVER will work together with this filthy bunch. Actually look forward to going to work now just to find opportunities to bring management shortcomings to light. Believe me, they are plentiful and I don't pass on a single one.

Management shortcomings? That's odd, the salary guys broke two casting production records while the children were on their break. Oh, there were only a handful of breakdowns during that vacation as well. Crazy I know.

Then why don't you just forget you work there and take your sorry ass down the road? The problem with unions is sorry ass people are members too. If you have no respect for the fine people that give you a job to feed and take care of your family....just quit. A thousand guys that will respect their employer are ready to take your job for less than what you are working for.

Have never seen such a mess in six years. But our company comrades are heroes, had two of them approach me this morning...trying to justify their bullshit jobs and asking me about issues that I had told them about over and over for at least a year. If you don't work here do not run your mouth. If you do work here, step back and take a look at the pitcher of kool-aid that you have been drinking from. If the recent ownership cannot see the salary overload, especially in the vaunted aerospace department, then we are in deep do-do.

Yes I'm sure your console has some issues, a lot of things at the plant do. It is a fact, like it ir not, that those salary guys that stayed in and worked during the strike did so without much formal training on the machines, and they did it well. Don't be mad at them for doing what they had to do to keep their jobs and support their families; if they were subject to the contract that the union employees are then the salaried guys would've been outside as well. The end result is the same: everyone is back to work. Thousands of people in this country are not so be thankful, not hateful.

unions should never have been formed in the first place pinkerton should have shot all those trouble makers trying to form unions years ago. you get paid to work not get paid vacation time why should i pay someone vacation time why should i give some one insurance i believe we pay as low as scale as possible i believe in the why china does its workers lock them in the plant and pay them a dollar a day thats all any one need except me i stick my neck out owning a business i deserve to reap all the rewards and pension and 401k i say pocket that money and let them go when they are of no use i hope every person in this county that gets a pension and has insurance from their employer gets screwed out of it servers you all greedy union people!!!
