To those of you in 5668, now is the time to vote for the contract. You can negotiate healthcare and benefits years from now, but don't do it today. The economic environment of today is not stacked in your favor. It's in no one's favor.

Vote for the company's offer, else the plant will close and this area of the state will never be the same again.

Don't wait until next month. Do it this week.

You aren't fighting for rights; you and your union buddies happen to be fighting to keep a certain benefit, namely healthcare. But you fail to face the fact that very few in the United States today have what you do. And they won't have it for long.
