keep watching the apeals and the law suits are about to begin from what I hear. Everyone should watch out and you will be amazed at who is going to get suied everyone should watch their backs....

I heard happy trails adopted Rio He was very well bred but of course the paper said only one horse was registered but again the paper didnot know what they were talking about. All the horses had papers but one and were all in Ton Silbaughs name. Ask the Brimfield police about coersion and intimadation..... they were very good at it.

She went to jail for it... Who are they gonna sue? The Judge for all the orders he made and others followed out?

Is she even out of jail yet?

Who rented the old place in brim field now? I think its the people from portage county who's horses Got sick from Old moldy grain.

It was rumored 12 or more got deathly sick. Because the guy was ignorant of what can really harm horses.

Vets were there for Hours and hours on that one.

They pulled a bunch of them out in the middle of the night on him. At least that is what I was told....

People from PA rented it. They have done hundreds in renovations. Look in the Farm and Dairy from last week or the week before. It was actually on the front page. HUGE story about the new farm and name.

She was out on work release but I guess they caught her not at work when she was supposed to be. That is funny. Not sure she'll ever learn a lesson. She seems to think she can skirt by the justice system and never get caught.

Work release??? Are you kidding? she didnt even do the full time. I knew they didnt take it serious.
She didnt have a job did she? I thought the farm were she starved the horses was her job.

SHe pulled so much crap with the horse hiding and ownership the courts should have known better.

What an idiot... She is if she is not going to work etc. IF she violates the terms she could go to jail for 17 months. Actually I hope she does pull something that violates her probation.

$24,363 IS her fine and restitution.... She is appealing that now.

I think IF she is allowed to appeal her Fine. The courts should be able to retry her. Instead of taking the plea...

Put her up in front of a jury.( Yes i know about double Jeopardy)...

They gave her a break to take a quick sentencing instead of a long trial. Now she is trying this crap... What a piece of work she is.

But that's what you get from a person that would starve animals for profit.

She was supposed to be working 6 days a week. She just got out on work release at the beginning of July. She would go to work, and then go back to jail. According the the dockets, her probation officer called her place of employment and she was not there, nor had she been that day.
Now she's stuck in jail until her official release. It didn't take her long to mess that up too.
I am sure she will buy more horses. I heard her horse trailer is hidden in Bath township behind a house, not sure how true that is...

Well at least in her arrogance she forced them to do more time in the jail than she would have...

Does anyone know where she was working? Was it for the APL? I know she was supposed to do work with them as part of her punishment but I didn't know if that went through or not.

If I remember correctly- the APL didn't want her to work for them...

Guess I shouldn't have bashed Diane so hard on the dead beat boarders aspect of her farm. I finally have one. 2 months here. late both times.

The first month they had to split the payment.. This month so far No payment.

I hate waiting and adding a late fee. I think I will trailer it to their house and tie it to thier front porch.

Some national beauty college down in Canton. Supposedly working 6 days a week... That's why she wasn't there the day she called.
Probably out looking at new horses.
