The Ex wife won't be charged with anything. Look at Michael Swartout. His charge of Inducing a panic was dismissed. Along with almost every other charge. It helps when Plough was his cousin and the Judges and police are corrupt. I feel sorry for the children. They are the ones who suffer. I suggest people look at the Portage County Clerk of Courts site and see for yourself. General Inquiry

Portage County lacks any backbone to follow thru and let justice prevail. Instead they allow the maniacs free. These criminals will do more harm to others in our community. Just read the paper you'll see.

Put this KILLER in prison and be done with it.
You can take your time with her behind bars figuring out whether it is manslaughter, murder, or what not. She killed the Guy.

No excuses, no stories, no nothing. Put her in jail. Whats the hold up?

[You have absoltely no idea what you are talking about. Michael Swartout is still in prison and the inducing panic was something he pled guilty too and is part of the 5 years. Do your homework before posting bullshit.

Michael Swartout got robbed of five years of his life to be with his family all because his adult son refused to follow directions and continued to trespass on private property after being told to leave. I do not know the Swartouts personally but I do feel strongly that the whole thing was BS. Michael was at his own house minding his own business. Not to mention the slap in the face for his years of service he put in as a police officer or whatever it was. Lisa I feel bad for you. Try to remain strong for your children, your husband and your children.

UM NO -Michael Swartout has served over 3 1/2 years for feloneous assault and inducing panic WITH a gun spec, he is still in prison. Get your facts straight. You have no idea what the hell you are talking about.

The adult son should have left when he was told to. You sure are mean. Anything the real Lisa ever writes seems to want her husband back home and that got an excessive sentence to which I happen to agree. The man did not deserve 5+ years for all the more he did.
