How about taking all that money that is robbed from people arrested for driving home and put it into a taxi service? That would cut down on the number of accidents. That wont happen due to fact that DUI is big business. The police make a lot of money off of it. They are not against drinking and driving, they are against you getting home and not getting caught. Otherwise a taxi service would have already been set up.
