Remember Chi-Chi's?
The only thing left is their bottled salsa and bags of corn chips.
Could another Mexican chain bite the dust?
Only time will tell.

The problems are only at that restaurant, so its probably in house. Hand washing needed is the throrugh kind that no one really does in restaurants. Use water as hot as you can stand and scrub for a full minute or so.

I dont think a day of illness warrants a lawsuit though, except for those that had a hospital stay perhaps.

I got a new $16000 roof from the hail damage from the June storm, and so did everyone of my neighbors in Tallmadge who bothered to file a claim. Nice way to get a new 30 year roof for nothing.

Food "prepped" by illegals, plain & simple.

Boycott anything Mexican.

Don't know if I want to choose between the potential damages of golfball-sized hailstones (again) or irritable bowels/ralphing, for profit.

On the one hand, another hailstorm, and I could get new siding on the house. But, in Akron, the hoodrats would steal it for scrap. Mebbe even the same Mexicans hired to install it!

On the other, Chipotle will probably settle with claimants by providing them with free coupons... for another round of toxic food.

city listed next to people's names is the location of their ISP, not their geographic location.

Ok, call me impatient, but no one has answered my question from the other Topics discussion on this subject.

This place is new to me, being I never knew where one was located, this is fast food?

Better than Taco Bell?

I mean probably not at the moment, but was it before all this happened?

Lets be honest here, it is that flu that is going around!! It is rough, and alot of people are getting it, I just cant see blaming it all on the restaurant, this has been a real bad virus. Maybe! employers ought to be a tad more careful about making people come to work, if they have illness, some dont care, and this could be the result of this kind of action. PLEASE if you are sick. STAY HOME

Are you sure McDonalds doesn't own Chipotle? Because I heard that they did.

I had eaten at the Chipotle in Fairlawn quite often and twice as soon as I finished eating I had to immediately find a restroom. I don't eat there anymore.

Easier said than done. They have a line out the door for hours this time of year. THe poor college kids that work there are slammed for dinner from 5ish to 7, pumping out burritos. If someone calls off allhell breaks loose. They could almost open a second Chipotle in Kent.

That's why I never go to Chinese Buffet for lunch on Friday; travel day. Ain't nothin' like the "Green Apple Splatters" when you are flyin' on a CRJ!

Hi all--

I am doing some research about how people are affected by foodborne illness. If you were affected by this incident, I'd love to hear from you. I'm not a lawyer, I'm doing some research about how long people were sick, what their medical costs were, etc. So I'd love to talk to you, feel free to shoot me an email at [email protected] org.

Thanks,
April

As a recent employee at Chipotle in East Lansing Michigan, I can testify that illegal immigrants work there and that I was fired due to the fact that I am a (legal) asian. They also refused to pay me my wages after I was fired and owe me about 2 thousand bucks. This company in my opinion is only concerned about making a buck and could care less about its customers or employees. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat there. Chances are you'll die from the nasty hepatitus A infected food and racially motivated rude service.

I feel your pain, big city girl. I was a loyal customer to chipotle myself. However the last time when I was visiting in East Lansing I seen the people there especially the manager was hugging her boyfriend and doing some sexually inappropriate PDA in the store. We later were being ask to remove all our food to eat in other store. Because they didn't have enough seats for all the customers there. We were being asked to leave because we aren't white. I now quit go to Chipotle for good, me and my family we are prefer Qdoba. At least there's no foodborn illness outbreak there and they are very professional and friendly. There's nothing Chipotle can compare to it.

Mrs. Palin makes me eat spoiled food when we have leftovers. And then my tummy hurts. I don't think she likes me very much anymore. She's mean.
