Road funding system draws fire
The State Transportation Infrastructure Bank, created 15 years ago to finance major road and bridge projects, has awarded no money to Upstate counties over the past decade but officials say that is because none have applied.

The State Transportation Board is unconstitional anyway. Numerous SC State Attorney General opinions. And their are SC Supreme Court opinions regarding legislatures sitting on boards like this Bank board.
Dual office holding is illegal. All governing actions former and present by this bank board are null and void.
SC's good old boys need to be sent to prison.
