if it's on the birth certificate, you have to get consent from both parties...unless one loses or give away said rights to such...
done it

Why do women try and use men's kids against them? If you liked him enough to make a child , you should like him enough to co parent !

When the guy just up and leaves, you can't exactly co-parent. I don't have kids yet, but my dad took off when I was 5... stayed SOMEWHAT in contact with us until he decided to get several other women pregnant, then totally dropped off the face of the earth when I was 10. It's been 15 years and not a peep. Mom was very cooperative at fir st, she wanted me to fully know both parents... he just didn't wanna be one. She begged me to change my name when she got remarried, so we could be a "proper" family. I didn't understand the significance of it, so I said I didn't wanna... guess I'll change it when/if I get married. Which is a huge IF, given what I've been through hahaha

I know women that keep the kids away from their dads for spite. You are 25 right? What's your name I'll look you up. Im talking about the men who want to be around their kids.
