Man killed by deputy had been arrested last week near Kalona

Robert Michael Dooley was involved in a high-speed chase with Washington County law enforcement officers four days before he was shot and killed by a Van Buren County sheriff's deputy on the side of a rural highway. Full Story

Does anyone know if this Robert Michael Dooley was originally from Des Moines, IA? Went to school with someone of the same name, age would be right and resembles the guy I knew back then.
