You are wrong Joe. The Republicans do not want to kill SSI or Medicare. They want to make changes to make sure we still have it. Both parties know that eventually something will have to be done about entitlements but neither party has the guts to do it. You canít increase taxes enough on the wealthy to leave things as they are. In first grade math you learn enough to know that the country can not afford to spend the way we do.
No, your wrong they have wanted to complete kill it ever since day one ,and they will get just exactly what they want before it is over if the old white people keep voting for them,.No use in beating a dead horse ,everyone old enough to have a high school education, should know by now what the republican party is all about. They don't even bother to lie about it anymore, just listen to them,I really think you guys are your way down, along with the so called Tea Party.I"am still looking for the next time Georgia will go democratic in a president's election and I really do think it will be the next election in 2016,we'll see.

CNN is balanced. Now that is funny. And Republicans still win elections. Someone needs to call the president on remarks he makes.. He never takes responsibility. His policies and positions are all good and have noting to do with the deficit or the state of the economy. Itís always someone elses fault. He says if people disagree with him, they are wrong. He says the majority of Americans agree with him. Heck, the majority of Americans donít have a clue of what is going on in government.
And you are the one and only genious that knows more than the President? How funny! You should start a National joke day watching Fox for your News.

I would say that you could find people on this forum that know more than this president when it comes to how to grow an economy. But that does not seem to be his goal. His ideology gets in the way. Heck we did not even want to be given flexibility to shift the recent spending cuts among funding groups to lessen the impact. That tells you the only thing he is interested in is making the cuts as painful as possible and blame the republicans. That is as irresponsible an action a chief executive could take.

Is that the best you can do Joe? It was his idea for the across the board spending cuts and now he does not want the ability to move the cuts around to lessen the impact. What do you call that Joe?

The Republican party now has NO credability at all. They are a party that is split into several different groups because of so much lobbying going on and special interest groups. They can not make just decissions that is good for the Country because it hurts them financially. I see them as crooks and nothing more. The Republicans are irresponsible in everything they doo. The have but one goal and that is to protect the rich man. Not the spending cuts will effect the seniors and military also and the Republicans are to blame for it. Not Obama freind. He is on our side. I think the good old GOP is doomed in the future.

The Republicans are the only hope we (the working class) have. Left unchecked with liberals like this president and some in congress we would be headed for a time when we have more people riding in the cart than pulling it and more and more of our rights whittled away.

Republicans our only hope? Then we are all doomed to peons except for the one percenters. Fox and Freinds are your greatest heros on TV but should be rated fiction in all honesty. Can't believe much they report because it is all muddied with bias comments. That's what Rupert Murdock pays them to doo. Like I say, the Republican party is now split into different groups that pull against each other because of special interest. They will never regain the power they once had because of this. More people are becoming acustomed to the Democrat Party because they know it's the only hope the Nation has for the small guy to prosper once again.

And you are saying that CNN is not bias and I guess Roland Martin is your hero and he reports in- bias all the time. What you need to do is take a look at history and you will see that voting public changes about every eight years. Maybe next time the president elect will have more than four years as a senator. How you democrats vote for person with only one term as a senator I will never understand. When did you first hear the name Barrack Hussein Obama?

So Roland Martin is Black and you think he is bias because he is Black. I don't see it that way. Look at History right now. We have the first half Black President for TWO terms. The Republican party is split wide open in several different groups. They are dis-functional to say the least. That's why us people vote for someone like Obama...simply to get things done for America and not special interest groups. He would also win a third term is he could run.

Not surprising. The majority of Americans donít have a clue. The class warfare campaign worked with those that know all the stars of reality TV and who is next American Idol but could not name more than one member of the presidents cabinet.

And what the 1.5 billion dollars Obama is giving to Egypt? Are you ok with that?
