Well now if we could just get rid of those all night details on the 128 and in town sections of road where they get paid to sleep in their cruisers all night. No wonder the state is broke. and they keep sucking on the citizens like leeches. Wed. in Boston harbor there was one police/harbormaster/coast guard/homeland security/environmental police boat for every civilian boat on the water. I'd rather be killed quickly by a terrorist than bled dry by the authorities.
