Balto. Co. Council approves retirement bill fought by unions

Ignoring pleas from union leaders and the county's Annapolis delegation, the Baltimore County Council approved a bill Tuesday changing how county employees can appeal decisions about retirement benefits.

Kevin Kamenetz has made it no secret that he doesn't like the police department. He complains that the police department always bucks the system but every time the FOP sues Kamenetz loses. He wants the FOP to be puppets for him like someone else very high up in the police department.
