There should be more towns and cities adressing what Baltimore is doing.

Citizens have the placards for health resons. And it should be respected

What puzzles me are people with handicap tags who then walk around malls. If you're well enough to walk around a mall, why do you need handicap parking?

Not all disabilities automatically put one in a chair or on crutches or canes. Many disabilities are not visible to the eye - Hip or other joint issues, heart issues, kidney issues, etc. All of these various health problems can affect a person's energy levels.

And also, don't assume because someone is under 65 that they can't possibly have a disability. It could hit at any age for any reason.
