If you really believe that this was "theft" of $102 million, I would urge you to read the ruling on The Colonies lawsuit aainst the County. If any theft occurred, it was when the County tried to steal land and improvements from a landowner. Review the ruling and see what a Superior Court Judge thought of their actions.
There were some in the court room who heard with our own ears all the "off the record" comments....so yes their are some who believe it was theft of 102million dollars...but yes it is hard to prove something that was said "off the record" but then that would explain why it was said "off the record"

Lower your hand between your legs if you feel like you need to keep voting for Democrats. The Republicans give money to the rich; the Democrats give money to the poor, and both steal from the working class.

You have me here; I was not in the courtroom. However, I have been in many other courtrooms, and your argument seems to follow form: the loser feels the judge igonrerd key facts, improperly admittted evidence, did not properly apply the law to facts, favored the other side, ad infinitum. However, this is the first time that a judges "off the record" comments have been cited as the basis for an improper ruling.

Hey, maybe The Colonies bribed the judge? Thats a possibility. Much more likely, in my opinion, is that The County was wrong, the judge recognized it, and ruled accordingly.

If you mean that he refused to ignore the facts and rule for The County no matter what the evidence showed, yes, he was "no help."
