I use to hate dealerships before i worked here. I had the same thoughts as you did. Since ive worked here ive never seen any techs "fix" things that are not broken. The techs here are well trained and certified. These guys only work on toyotas and can spot a problem quickly. This in turn benefits the customer, because your advisor will let you decide what you want to do. Sometimes you can wait and fix it later some things you need to worry about. Brakes for example, if your pads are at 1mm remaining you would want to replace them because if you try to drive on them your going to ruin your rotors and cost yourself even more money. Just my 2cents.

The last couple of services have been poor on our cars. Always trying to add on additional services, don't trust them. Wanted $600 for intermediate service!!!! Won't go there again!!!!

I've gone there multiple times with a couple of cars and bought one there too. Once for a check engine light issue a real fix was done and it was done quickly and correctly but at a much higher cost then I would have been charged else where.

There is a small place that we seem to be near on weekends and ther prices are better. My wife knows the owner so its good. He could not believe that we were charged basically $450 for about $120 of parts. He would have changed about $250. Other then that tmie though for maintenance including brakes, their prices are not much higher and the premium may be worth it since you'll know they will do a good job. Unless you have someone you know you can trust I totally would trust my car wiht them. For real repairs though, the premium grows much larger then for normal maintanance is all.

I just bought a truck at rsm toyota and everything was great. I take it there for service since I live just down the street and I have never had a problem with the cost or service. Everyone is very honest. My salesmen blake was awesome! Not pushy like most at other dealerships. He was really straight forward and honest. Two thumbs up! I recommend this place to everyone!

I had problems with a dealer near the 5 fwy so I went to RSM and have been going there for 5 years or so and they have always treated me good, I havent bought a car from them yet but I will give them a try. They have not tried to talk me into any repairs and so far the cost has not been any higher than most.

Blake is a Scam artist. he lied to me about all types of features on my evo gsr. he said brembo brakes, premium sound system, great condition, no accidents. come to find out the vehicle with almost 50k miles had never had a major serviceing in its life, they replaced two tires on it when all four needed it so i drove off with bad tires which in turn wrecked the differential, the battery was bad, the pads were after market bs pads were ruining the rotors, i had to get the servicing, pads replaced and 4 new tires and battery. also the windsheild washer pump is out and wipers dont work. how the hell can these guys do that shit and not have a conscience. in fact im headed down there right now to do whatever i can. including parking my evo in the damn drive way entrance and letting them have to deal with me.
