What people do to their own health is nobody else's concern. If a drug is less addictive and no more harmful than other legal drugs such as tobacco, alcohol, and even caffeine, then why are we even having this argument? It was illegalized under false pretenses behind the backs of it's citizens anyways!

A billion dollars wasted on a failed drug war. It is Easier for a kid in school to buy black market marijuana from the drug cartel than to buy the legal (gateway) deadly drug: alcohol. this shows education and regulation does work.
