Minutes later, officers found Blaine Kelley Beckham, who they allege was the driver of the Accord, near the 1600 block of Barton Road. He was transported to Redlands Community Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.

This is a result of Redlands PD's failed policies of not arresting transients in our city. The homeless population cause a lot of our crime and yet Redlands PD refuses to do anything about it. Every other day it seems lately another transient is in the news committing heinous crimes such as raping and robbing elderly women but RPD just let's it continue. It is time for Redlands PD to go and Redlands needs to contract with the Sheriffs. It would save the city money and crime would go down as the Sheriffs don't put up with this kind of garbage.

This guy tried to befriend us and would not leave us alone. We had small children. thank god for the police coming for a minor reason running his name told us he was a sex offender. I lost it and went after him. Police actually turned there head. He should be locked up forever. Why is he still on the streets? He tries to make you feel sorry for him. I was very skeptical from the moment he met us. I wouldn't leave my kids alone with him. He is a very sick fuck!!! I hope he rots in hell!!
