McKee is just trying to find some way of cover what he owes the Orange school district. Look it up, this guy lost a frivolous suit against Orange and owes them 80k in attorneys fees. This guys a vulture looking to cash in. Nobody cares that the CVUSD withheld info to protect a victim. The district needs to stand up to scum like this.

Standing up to unwarranted outside attacks is not one of CVUSD's strengths. They prefer to acquiesce and fold, lest they be judged negatively.

All of this was a non-issue when Mr. Calta were around. His goal was complete transparency to all parties and the board has failed to follow thru on his way of doing business. We can still get him back if we ask nicely!

I agree.
What a LOSER! Trying to steal our kid's education money.

We need a tort reform and jail all criminals in fraudulent lawsuits.

Food for thought!
1)Without being privy to the details, it appears CVUSD attorneys are being cautious in order to protect the district from far worse exposure to liability from the alleged victim and alleged perpetrator.
2)It appears Mr. McKee is very focused on his narrow interpretation of the law for his own purposes.
3)If CVUSD attorneys are convinced they are acting within the law, they should be willing to defend their advice in court if necessary at NO COST to the CVUSD if their interpretation is not accepted by the judge. If their interpretation is accepted then Mr. Mckee will have to pay as he did with Orange Unified ($80,000)- either way CVUSD would not have to pay anything.

Another demonstration by McKee to pump up his ego and get his name in the paper. Maybe his energy would be better expended paying off the $80K to the Orange School District after losing a recent lawsuit.

The school district is embroiled in a Federal Investigation of closing 3 schools down, several sexual predators, Bobby Grizzle bills and a 3 trips to court for The Preserve School and The five Minute Fiasco of two years ago. Heaven only knows what else.

What a racist and ludicrous comment from an individual who cannot make the distinction between the actions of the district administrators and the performance of the students. Many parents want to know what the administrators are doing and care to know if the district is obeying the law.
