Yup, putting them in prison for a few years really solves the problem, doesn't it.

This animal should have never been let out.

He was still hanging around when they arrested him, obviously he wanted to go back to prison. Alot of times people want to go back to the joint but have to commit a new crime to go back. They should just let them back in when they fill the pressure of being out becomes unbearable, no questions asked, just give them a cell before they commit another crime.

It's good to see that those undercovers who hang out there looking for kids to bust for minor offenses are there when you need them.

Glad for our SBPD and glad for the safety of our city, especially the lady that fought off this perv who shouldn't have been welcomed to this city, oh wait, probably one of Morris' Operation Molestation house.

Isn't the shooting range still there; they could have just lined him up and "commence fire!"

Ah,Perris Hill park and the plunge was the place to go with your family in the 1950's and 1960's.I loved the water ballet at the plunge every year.We all took swimming lessons there and our family would barbecue and picnic in the summer at Perris Hill.Since Mr.Ramirez is already a registered sex offender, newly released,he should be incarcerated for the rest of his natural born life.I'm glad that this lady fought him off.Too bad she wasn't carrying a weapon so that she could have taken him out and saved the taxpayers money.

Why is the sun stating that the perv is 35 years old? If they would conduct real reporting they would find out that this dude is actually born in 11-09-1955, making him 54 years old! How did I get this information? Simple looked it up in Megan's Law website. I suggest that everyone from time to time check this website out to keep a lookout for the safety of ourselves and families.

And with things like this happening in broad day light our great Mayor wants to cut police and open more places for creeps and criminal activity to occur. Maybe he should move one of the parks to his neighborhood - or that of his families. Bet he would love that.

Apparently Mr. Ramirez learned very little during his most recent jail experience. Or he liked it so much he quickly wanted to return to enjoy 3 meals a day, a private or semi-private room (cell), quality health care, TV, cell phone etc that prisoners today are entitled to receive.

Who in their right mind would go into a public bathroom in a park. Now...did you learn anything?

He just got out of prison, which shows prison did not rehabilitate him from his prior sex offense. The county is laying off officers, firefighters and probation correction officers. We as a community are going to become more vulnerable to violent criminals and will not have officers there to help. The question is, what are we going to do about it?
