Punish recyclers who buy stolen metal items

Among the many bills Gov. Jerry Brown signed last week were two by Sen. Bill Emmerson that crack down on metal recyclers who accept stolen manhole covers, fire hydrants and backflow devices.

amazing what length's our government will go through hoops for and zero in on a notorious gang of metal thieves. yet allow killers among them to roam free.
debating over the intense cruelty to death row inmates also... it's so hard to even read any news headlines of such ridiculousness

not condoning any thieves, don't be confused by those words I cry out for Justice of Victims of real harm and injury to living human souls... that is all.
