The festival is so crowded its a safety and security danger. If there was an incident the police and fire could not get to it inside the festival. The promoter doesn't want to spend the money. Its about profits. That is why traffic was so bad. There was inadequate planning and staffing to handle all the traffic. The parking lots were dangerous at night because they were so dark and there was no security. A kid died in the campground from an OD. They aren't talking about it because it was across the street so everyone is saying he wasn't at the festival. The only reason he was there was to attend the festival. It was his 21 st birthday too. Leaving was a real hassle in that they funneled everyone out the same entrance gates instead of opening up more gates to let everyone out. Good luck with improvements on the Polo grounds. The owner has had a large tent on the property that didn't meet the minimum fire code for safety and he fought the city so he could keep using it.
