i had a post on here that disappeared tonight after i made a new and nice post to it. my son is still sitting in jail for an illegal arrest. no warrant/ no probable cause. these come under very strict guidelines. if anyone can get ahold of a video of an arrest on the 20th of march at the outdoor Mall it would be appreciated. the cops are playing very very dirty. my son is innocent of charges made after the fact, the cops are losing reports, destroying evidence and intimidating people in this case. my sons ex wants custody of their child. he would have gotten it. she must have friends on the force.

yeah..in san diego you have to know somebody to get a fair trial....even in family court...

There's a real thin line between cop & crook. They know that they can arrest you for anything, and you won't have the money to fight it, so you usually take a plea. The DA gets his numbers (arrests, convictions) and looks like he's tough on crime and gets re-elected. Welcome to our criminal justice system.
