And what have you done when you see a City vehicle being driven recklessly? Do you get the license or unit number and call the City Manager or Mayor? No, you do nothing but complain. I turn those sob's in every time I see them. I don't care if they are PD or Fire, I take the info down and turn them in. Do something more than just complain. It's your city too.

What about all the damages El Paso drivers cause here in Juarez?They come here and think the traffic laws don't apply to them,there are over five thousand Texas license plates at the Juarez Municipal Traffic Station,and yet those people report their license plate as stolen and get a new one instead of paying the fine in Juarez and get their own plates back.American people think they can come here and do whatever the hell they want just because they are from across the border,you are not any better than anyone here,so go f/uck yourselves.

Actually we are better that you sh/itheads there. The only good thing about you your proximity to the US. If your country wasn't so f-ucking corrupt, you could take care of you own instead of sending them across the border to be cared for by your neighbors. I've had my license plate taken away while my vehicle was parked at the Airport in Juarez and the lowlife at the Traffic Station wanted me to pay him a 'tip' to get my license plate after I paid the fine. Corruption and the need for others to do it for you are the Mexican mantra. Or maybe it was the curse the Aztecs saddled you with. You'll never grow beyond a 3rd world cesspool.

I stay away from Juarez. So please educate me how texas plates end up in the juarez municipal traffic station? Who removes them from the car? A fine if someone removes your plates?If my plates were missing I would assume they had been stolen. Juarez has traffic laws? I did not know that.From the driving skills I have seen on this side of the border, makes one wonder. All I know is when I see a car with mexico plates I get as far away from it as I can. I have had countless run ins with mexicans on cell phones driving their drug cartel escalades. No turn signal, No thought of looking over to see if anyone is in the lane they are cutting over into.
The other is some beaten down hoopdee that has 12 people packed into it heading to walmart, no adult seat belts, no child seat or restraints? So now do you see why I question Juarez traffic laws?

Two accidents that a family member had, involved cars from mexico. The accident was the mexican drivers fault on both occasions. They had NO insurance,couldn't speak english and drove like idiots. One dumb lady who hit our car had 8 people stuffed into a convertable sunfire, the driver made a phone call and someone came within 5 minutes to pick up all the extra people before the police arrived.
I really think there is more of an issue on this side of the border with mexican drivers than american drivers in mexico.
