Stroke will make them do crazy things as well. I wonder if he ever had a medical exam after the incident. Not just the medication.
My neighbor was a really nice person for many many years and now he is a complete jerk. He has had several small stokes over the past few years and he is just not the same mentally. Very mean to his wife he never was before. My dad was the same way near the end. Flash temper out of the blue.
