how come it took 4-5 days after the storm for some relief to come to the western end of the county? i appreciate justice sending some leftovers from the hotel, but it seems like the first few days after the storm would have been the best time for relief. most of us had power water & food by the time any supplies or utility workers arrived from hotel. at least the golf course looked good!!!

Man u couldn't tickle some folks with a feather. A lot of the Greenbriers employees come from the west end and I am sure theyu appreciate that payday this week including the OT obtained from Mr. Justices diligence and keeping the PGA a go. we don,t have the same power company as the Greenbrier and granter we have more mountians and hard to reach places but you give Mr. Justice too much credit he didnt cause the storm and it was not within his power to correct its damage Did you check on all your neighbors carry water to your friends make sure all the elderly were cared for in your community If we all did our part then we can be proud of the way we handled our selves. God gave us a perfect opportunity to show his love threw us I hope we all took advantage of it I have seen great acts of kindness from our community and I am proud to say I live in greenbrier county WV and espically the west end. I appreicate the food where ever it came from the water delivered the ice. Most of all I thank God for allowing us to live threw the storm and see the sunshine one more time

and he wasn't welcomed. Boo hoo. Yeah, jobs are great, but how about sending something DURING the crisis, not the pga left over crap they would have thrown out. And tell me, who at the Greenbrier would even eat a hot dog? For real!

Should have went and got ice. No you expect someone to deliver it to you! This man owed you or other anything but he helped and so did Andy. However people still want to moan and groan it was fast enough or enough. If that man would have brought it the first day you would have still found something wrong with it. This is the day we live in....sad...!

look guys i know it was rough on our end. i was in the same spot as everyone else. i have lived in rainelle for fourty years. yes i agree we should have had help not now that the power is on. but you cant blame jim justice for that. yes the pga tour went on but come on that event had been planned for a year now. they had there own generators i was pissed off to at first. but hey we all got through it together on our end. we didnt need the other ends help. it shold of been red crosss here the day it happened. not jim justice the red cross though went to the other end of the county the second day giving out ice and water. i know this because i drove everyday over there and got ice and water. that's what pisses me off.

nothing was said about justice owing anybody anything. the problem is that he used his political power (money) to manipulate all of the resources to white sulpher springs. once all was well for pga, then they came over here to help. 5-6 days after the storm.

Hey, wow, you're probably the same kind of idiot that preaches equality, right? All equal, shouldn't be anyone put above someone else when it comes to being completely fair. Jim Justice got in line with the rest of us (btw, I got my power back LAST NIGHT, not nearly 2 weeks ago like the greenbrier)and jumped to first in line, just cause he had a lot of money (greed) or he would have said, let me be fair with the rest of the state of WV and wait my turn.

Wow, you are stupid.

I have trouble believing what I read here sometimes. I think you all who bash Jim Justice give him too much credit. He didn't cause the storm or its dammage so if you want to rail against anyone complain to God. I sat in my house at 9996 degrees for that same 8 days butthe fact that the PGA was going on 30 miles fro me didnt make it any hotter. I believe God allows these things sometimes to give us an oppertunity to show that we are west virginians, we are Americans, and most of all we are christians and we can love and care for one another in the worst of times.Mr. Justice will be a rich as long as the good lord allows it. If you don,t care for him simply because he is rich that is so sad for you. If you hate him then don't eat his food don't go to cityhall sat. when he sends more cause I would not go to my enemies table but for the rest of us thank you Mr. Justice for all you have done because its not your responcibility to do anything. Lord help me to be more thankful for what you give me cause none of it is really mine its all yours and I hope you always find me willing to share it. I'm sure when he looks down on us he remembers the Hebrew children that he showered with mana and quail and they still complained.

You dang idiot, At leas you got some help or relief, WE DIDN'T, I was without power for 12 days here in Nicholas Co. and without Phone for 13 days, I lost everything in my freezer About $800.00 worth, I bet if the truth is known you are one of those too lazy to work food stamp beggers aren't you? I'll have to refil my freezer the best way I can. I don't get handouts... So Jim Justice brought you some food. You had relief. something to eat. and fresh water. And I bet you were right in line gobbling down Hot Dogs Probably had one in your big dick sucker and one in each hand if the truth was known

I went 12 days without power, or relief, or water. Went to the pipe out of the side of the bank near Babcock State park for MY water. I don't live in Rainelle, much further out and I don't get food stamps. I didn't go for the hot dogs either. Just did what had to be done to get through it. YOU sound like a hater, and all haters do is hate. Jealous someone else got something YOU didn't?
