I ordered for an extra milk dip for my cinnamon bread sticks and when the delivery arrived.He said that nothing was specified.
I called pizza hut and expressed my disappointment and they staff even had the nerve to tell me that I said nothing about the extra dip while earlier,she was the one who called me to confirm my order and asked if there was anything else I would like to add..and I said 1 extra milk dip since your dip is not enough for 12 pcs of bread.(Its not even half filled).Very minute.
I told that next time they should really take notes and pay attention to their customer,especially a regular ones.I forgive but I never forget these kinds of incident,no matter how trivial this may seem to anyone here reading.
So,its my experience.I don't care if most of you agree or disagree.

yes you do have the right to compalain but complain about the right place. not every rest. is the same. sorry you had a bad visit to your ph but we're talking about a ph in the us not over seas. just makes you wonder if the chain is the same everywhere...... keep on your toes don't want no dirty food anywhere.

just b/c we eat pizza doesn't mean we're fat. i'm sure you have indulged also. besides your weight don't matter. it's called freedom of choice and if you choose to do a service you should at least try and do it right.

Ohh wow the Pizza Hut in Rainelle. It kinda makes you sit back and wonder if you want to eat there. There are some wow nasty people that work there. Yuck. Pizza Hut is not for me I think that I would rather eat roadkill!

pizza hut does not suck! It is not dirty, yeah some nasty people work there but some of the customers are just as nasty! Some of the employees do care, and take the time to listen to their customers, I think her name is Grace, she works in the back some and some as a waitress, She is the best they have, and need more like her! Pearl is the new manager and she does the best she can with what she has. I can tell she sticks up for her crew, I eat there 3-4 times a week, yall need to grow up

for the service to be so bad, then why is there still so many people going in and eating.. the place is NOT dirty. sometimes ppl make mistakes.. sounds to me like I UNDERSTAND may have had a problem with the mgr is why they are is complaining.. don't know and don't really give a f*(*.

to disappointed, for one you didn't come to the ph in rainelle, if you were a regular customer to this store then you would know that there is no such thing as milk dip.. and with bread stix you get marinara sause. and they don't call back just to check and see if there was anything else that you wanted.. they don't have time to do b.s. like that..

I go through Rainelle about once a week on business. I have to agree I think that Grace is the best they have. It seems like a clean place and they ar always very friendly to me. The food is better there than most Pizza Huts. I think you people need to get a life and stay off the computer. If you have a complaint, call the store.
