Has anyone else noticed the "not so good" service @ our local grocery store? It gets worse everytime I go in their. I'll go in their during the evenings and literally get chased down the isles by the men with buffers...not to mention they only have like one check-out lane open...not everyone has the time to stand in line for 30 min just to get checked out for a few items!

The service is better during the day. But they have gotten better. I do agree about the buffer guys.. but they are doing their job. They just need to stop being so impatient.

If you have a Kroger Plus card (the discount card your cashier asks you for) there is a toll-free number on the back. Call that number and you can file a complaint which goes first to the zone manager, then comes down to the store manager. You can also complain on the Kroger web site.

I strongly recommend talking with their customer service department. It's the only way to get it through to anyone within the company.

Generalizers Suck

There are a lot of piss poor people who work at that store, but at the same time there are some nice people that work there as well. It's pretty narrow minded and pathetic to make a generalization like that about every employee at that store. And as far as lazy workers, hey at least they have a job. I agree socialism does suck, but I base that opinion on the lazy piece of crap welfare trash who lay on their lazy asses and DEMAND everything under the sun without working for it AND from the comforts of their own home!

There are a select few people who work there who do well and are friendly, but others not so much.
..And the checkout lines need to have people behind the cash registers who know exactly what the heck they're doing.
I went through an older lady's check out line not too long ago and had to pay her over a dollar extra because she pressed the wrong button. She did not offer to give me back the money for her goof up, and I wasn't going to have a cow over a dollar and odd cents.. but if it ever happens again I will say something. There's no excuse for that at all.

My previous trip to kroger was the last. Crappy service and problems in the checkout line EVERY time I go in has made them lose a valuable customer and sent me to walmart.
