Bad reporting

Columbus, OH

"In south Columbus, the exit ramps from I-270 eastbound to U.S. Route 23 north, and I-270 westbound to U.S. route 23 south, are closed.

U.S. Route 23 is also closed at the I-270 interchange. Much of the exit ramps remained underwater on Sunday evening."

None of the ramps are underwater. I-270 EB to 23NB and I-270 WB to 23 SB are closed because you have to cross under I-270 on 23, where it is flooded.

The bottoms of the ramps are on 23, where it is flooded.
