20 minutes too long to wait for a vet? Who has a short attention span? Today's youth or today's cops?

Actually this is the internet - where readers can be from all over the world and thus some are certainly more familiar with the metric system.

Do we really?

It seems to me that we Americans use a crazy hodge-podge of both the English System and the Metric System.

For instance:

We measure the gas we put in our cars by the gallon, BUT then we the measure engine size of the same cars by liters.

and

We measure the milk we drink by the gallon carton. BUT then we measure the soda we drink by the 2 liter bottle.

and

While most of our rulers give us length by inches, most of the very same rulers also give us length by centemeters.

etc.

etc.

You are correct. But look on those 2 liter bottles and you will find measure ment in ounces. And all the U.S. made cars also have a measurement of Cubic Inches (in the manual). Harley Davidson still uses Cubic Inches too. But I dont care either way. I thought this was about a mountain lion,(cougar, puma) whatever anybody wants to call it, getting shot? not about measurements
