We are looking to open the Omelet House at the end of this month or the beginning of September. It's being cleaned, worked on, checked up on by Health Dept., etc. We are having breakfast (Of course) lunch and dinner with a few other things that you don't see in the usual all American restaurant. The building is old, but I can promise that it WILL be clean! The staff WILL be respectful and clean or they will be gone! Their will be NO smoking by ANYONE inside of the restaurant and gloves will always be worn if handling food.
I got on here to see the reviews of Omelet House and they weren't too friendly. I will personally be at the Omelet House every day to make sure that things are going as directed and if they're not.. Then let us know, we "want" to know so we can fix it.
I apologize for all bad experiences at Omelet House, but ask not to hold that against us and come try it!! Thanks!:)

Curious... It's at 710 E. Dixie Ave. Elizabethtown, KY.. It's not a new place, It's an older place. The Owner/Manager's names are Moe and Cassie.(Me lol) This is obviously not my only form of advertisement, but figured it wouldn't hurt... plus I got to see all those reviews. Like I said.. It's an older place and will take a bit to get it looking better as far as cosmetics go, but the food will be good.. It will be clean and their will be good waitresses.
Oh.. and it is Omelet House... I have seen it spelled both ways.. Omlette and Omelet.

Omelet House was never part of Waffle House ( it was designed after them just like Huddle House was. Also I wish you luck with that place but this end of town isn't very busy but as long as you have good coffee at a reasonable price you'll have business.

the problem is those old men who come and sit all morning drinking coffee. actually how much money do you make off of a cup of coffee? they dont' even get refills. they have nothing to do and hog the seats and sit and gossip. trouble headed downhill again if you let them in.
