I agree with the above post. I say if we started throwing the book at the users, they would turn over the big guys. And, if they don't it is ok, cause if they use and go to jail for long periods of time, it would cut down on the business the big guys get.

Its great that the druggies are getting busted. But if you have ever been to the Greenup Co Court House when they bring these people in, you would see they get out as fast as they come in. I guess there is no room left in the Jails. So they are right back in your neighborhood within hours doing the same thing they were doing befor getting busted.
