I knw for a fact that he is a lowlife. kicks his wife and daughters out of the house anytime something goes wrong. lives in the house with his mother and uncle i mean stepdad and has his girlfrien living there part time.

first of all, we do not need your negative input on this. so go find someting to trip on. steven is a great guy at heart, but like most of his generation in greenup county these days, he has made some regretable choices, and as for "knowitall" you are not better than him, you would have to feel lower than him to get on a news website and make rude remarks about steven. yes, i know steven personally and i have known him all of my life. everybody in greenup county either is trouble, or has a close family member who is trouble, and dont like to admit it

do you agree with his lifestyle? if so then you must be just like him so how could you have an opinion about anyone else. he nade have made a bad choice but why keep doing it and mistreating his family the way he does. its time he grew up and quit dragging his family around the way he does.

hey zipzap20, you are on Topix a lot-seems like anyway. Do you know anything about some councilman in Worthington that goes by "snag" and is also a volunteer FF? Rumor has it that parents need to keep their children(girls) away from him. Can you tell me anything cause I've met him and get wierd vibes!!

akers PIECE OF CRAP...pill poppin, low life,

his father in law LARRY PAYNE was a big pill pusher and he done so many drugs that his heart gave out and he died a few months ago. HE was a real work of art. Always wanted to fight anybody and everybody and he couldn't whip a paper bag.

his mother in law is a drug user and she supported Larry's stealing and drug use.

his wife SARA is a pill popper. She works at Dollar General in Flatwoods and her mother goes in there while Sara is working and steals!!!!!

He is an ex cop and that's the way it should be he's not worthy of carrying a badge.
