i think that if someone is convicted of murder, and there is 100% positive proof that they murdered someone, they should be executed as soon as possible. and as cheep as possible. It would save tax payers a lot of money, prisions would be a little safer, and less crouded, We also can learn a lot from Singapore. Use the caning principles on criminals with smaller crimes.
And finally do what they used to do and bring back the chain gangs.

dan, due process given by the constitution of the United States should be thrown out in favor of Sharia law to please you? To hell with due process and the American Constitution and way of life, according to you. That is not the Country, Constitution, and Values I swore to uphold and defend. I think you are a subversive, treasonist, piece of crap. But that is just my opinion.

But don't forget the 'victim' had Constitutional Rights also!!! If any human knew they would die if they killed someone else, then they, he/she might think twice before killing anyone else. "Eye-For-An-Eye"

Due process has been upheld to the max when
, as Dan say's, when the Crime has been 100% proved, the only due process left is a decision on when, where, and how the sentence is to be carried out.
