If William B. Kear had stayed off the Johnson Land and used the recorded easement at the Wood Co Court House he has with the neighbor Mrs. Jones this COLD BLOODED MURDER would not have happened.

regarding Kear driving his tractor onto Johnson's property -- that was the only way he could get to his other piece of land, since the gate to Kear's property was blocked by bales of hay stacked by Johnson, so Kear couldn't get to his land other than driving through Johnson's property. If we're going to go back and research Kear's past, let's please research Johnson's also.
Check at the Wood Co. Court House---Kear has a filed easement with a neighbor (Not The Johnson's ) to get to his property tp feed his cows. Had an attorney to do the paper work. Must be leagal. Why would he not use it. Maybe just to start trouble....

Is is justice when an unarmed man is shot in the back and left to die while the shooter goes home? Is it justice when there is no regard for human life? No remorse for killing someone? How sad that one feels the need to celebrate the death of another human being?
