BTW, "apple dippers" are only dippers if you dip them into the caramel sauce. Otherwise, they are simply apples.

That's similar to what I thought. He could have saved himself a lot of money and eaten better if he would have bought a 5 lb bag of apples and some vegetables from the store...

If you're 279 pounds you can lose weight eating a "little" of almost anything.

He could have lost the same amonut of weight by eating wholesome food without all the fat, sodium and preservative in that mickey D crap. He'll have a coronary just from that.

I don't eat the junk from McDonalds. I am 9 inches taller than this guy and I weigh 185 his target weight.

The heavier you are to begin with, the easier it is to lose the extra pounds initially. Once you've "plateaued" you need to ramp up your regimen. This can be as simple as strapping on some hand/ankle weights during your regular routine. The extra pounds from the weights will help you burn more calories in the same amount of time.
