You can eat anything and lose weight. You can lose weight by eating Krispy Kreme donuts! Your body does not know that the calories are coming from a donut as opposed to a strawberry. As long as you burn more calories than you take in, you will lose weight no matter what you eat....

If he truly lost 80 lbs., he can find it up here on my sister-in-law's butt.

Just goes to show that it's all about the choices of food that people choose to eat. Eat the right foods in lesser quantities you will lose weight. Choose to eat four burgers a day and extra large soda's and you will gain weight. It's not rocket science.
I was eating at McDonald's because it was cheap and close to my work. I lost 15 pounds simply because I started drinking powerade instead of coke and eating the small kid size cheeseburger instead of a big mac.

Fruits and veggies (salad). It has been told to us for or whole life! Greener the green, better the lean! Want to change the way you eat, read 'Eat to live,' by Dr. Joel Furhman. I've give up red meat and feel great!

It is not surprising as it sounds. That stupid movie, "Supersize Me," was a complete fraud. McDonald's does actually offer healthy options for those looking to eat quick and healthy on a budget.

I will say that their asian chicken salad (grilled) is actually one of the healthiest options available at a fast food restaurant, and it's actually pretty good (the Newmans Own dressing helps).

And even if you use all of the dressing (doesn't need it) is still under 400 calories.

Does he own a Mac's franchise and is doing this for publicity or is the story authentic?

If it is true, I congratulate him on losing the weight.

BTW, Mac's has good coffee and a great breakfast.

Gather this man is looing for McDonalds for a promoting contract on dieting by eating their food. Get Real People. Anyone can reduce their battle of the buldge by eating salads all the time instead of Big Macs or burgers with fries and sodas. He choose to eat at McD's, Why? Because it was the closest dining facility. Maybe if Subway or some other fast food chain, he might be saying the same thing. You can eat at home the same stuff and still lose the weight and it is cheaper at home.

Wrongo Dr. Bob from above. Your body does know what your eating I can voch on that. I have changed my whole eating habits since a heart attack 14 years ago And when I eat meat or a donut I feel sluggish So I don't eat them anymore. I feel healthy after eating fruits and veggies, also drink real fruit juices not immitation juice drinks at stores. I make my own fresh lemonade and other real fruits used in my fruit juices. Also you save money at home than buying premixed full of chemical drinks at stores and fast food places or resturants.

hey...Congrats to the guy. If he can get healthy by eating McD more power to him. The only people who are complaing about this are the ones who are too lazy to get healthy.

You know, fat people take up all the space, eat all the food and they breath loud. Yes, I am a fat discriminator. It comes from years of being huge and finally doing something about it other than whine...
