Just put a giant plastic bag over city hall and it won't be long before we are generating power with all the hot air and by [email protected] methane coming out of that place

There is no way the project can be completed for $745,000 to provide 1 MW of power.

With all the mexicants eating frijoles and all that other mexican crappy food there should be enough gas down there to help power 100,000 homes.

Garbage Gas, there is plenty of it in city hall and the county commissioners court!
The city says it has a budget problem and now wants to spend $196,000.00 of tax payer monies. I don't mind the idea, make it a private enterpise not a tax payer subsidized program. Anytime these morons in city hall get involved we get hosed!

I have an idea, put vacuum up the culos of all those old pedos over at city hall - that should generate a buttload of gas.

Sounds like an idea worth exploring, but I do think it should be private enterprise endeavor with the City just selling the methane gas. Some cities in California also use the methane gas generated by their landfills to fuel their garbage trucks.

Old tech. This is one of the ways Germany ran their country during WWII - capping all sewers that were practical to do and garbage. So it is very sad that we have wasted all these years, acres of land and all the gas we could have used.
