Until Walmart comes, I go to Joe's Meat Market on Main St. The have most of the grocery items you get at a store and the are not marked up too much. You can also get most kinds of meats at comparable price also. Royse city is the ones holding up the building or Walmart. Build the freaking over pass.
So the city is holding up a project that is under the control of the Texas Department of Transportation? The same project that Walmart says must be done before they open?

Do you even think before you type these things out or do you just make it up as you go?

Your statement would be really comical if not so pathetically ignorant.

Sorry I lost this thread... Paper shredding will be with the E-recycler down by the police station.$3/box. They would only come for free if we had people pay for the recycling, otherwise it was going to cost a couple hundred which I don't have.
thanks for the interest!

I would generally agree with you but I've been seeing the surveyors out nearly everyday this week. They are getting ready to break ground.

Would really rather have a nice grocery store. Wal Mart is a single monopoly that has single handily eliminated the need and dreams of the small business owner. The moral fiber of America is as thin as a sheet of paper with a steady decline in the principles of a free and decent society. Have we forgotten what it is like to develop our own ideas to put together the real strength of a community? We all want the quick fix. Build a one size fits all department store. But I'm old fashion and I still believe in the good old USA! I really think we have serious issues to address and Wal Mart is the big elephant in the room. Those really important issues will continue to be on that back burner until Wal Mart is built and that could be 2-3 years from now.
