My fiancé and I are looking to buy a home in Royse City. We are looking at the WoodCreek community. I was just wondering if anyone knew why there are so many homes are going up for sale. Are people just moving to bigger and better or is it not a good community to move into? Thank you for your responses.

I think it is because for so long the market was down and now that it is coming around, people can move. Our community was hit hard with several foreclosures that drove the prices down to where people could not sell their house without owing money. Now that has settled down and people can move to bigger homes or closer to new jobs, etc. We have lived in Woodcreek for almost 10 years now and love it.
