I recently heard Greg Strahm had been reassigned to another position within the school district and is no longer the AD/HC at Royse City High School. Can anyone provide details?

He is still handling the Administrative duties of the AD until a new AD is hired. He is not coaching.

This took place right before the Christmas break.

Sad to see him leave. He really cares about the kids.

But he's very rude. I've never seen such a selfish coach, laying their hands on students.

Ha. No need to make stuff up. There's not a more unselfish coach out there than Coach Strahm. He's in the profession for the right reason. I'm sorry that you or your kid didn't get what you wanted, but not everybody has the athletic ability or heart to actually be a productive teammate.

People aren't always what they seem! I've been around him some! Not impressed! Plus... He can't coach!

I'm sorry your kid didn't get enough playing time either. I'm sure he was such a great athlete that all of the coaches didn't play because they didn't want to win. He was probably the best pee-wee player ever.

I'll listen to coaches in our district and area that talk about how great of a coach he is. That is why schools in our district offered him jobs and Heath snatched him up to be their defensive coordinator.

Royse City has an athlete problem. The new coach will do great and have a great opportunity. I hope he does well. They should be better this year, they get most of the kids from last year back.

I know Strahm from being around the school. He was an awesome person and I know he will do great as the defense coordinator in Heath.

I know a lot of people had issues with him but personally I did not. I wish him well.

Look at the top defenses in class 5A this year. Heath is #5 in the metroplex. Hmmm

He has always been a great defensive coach and person. He was not a great head AD.
