Town makes it illegal to own more than 3 cats

It's now illegal in one Massachusetts town to own more than three cats without getting a special license.

She had 15 cats and let them run loose on her neighbors' property. I'm surprised they passed this law requiring a $60 home kennel license for more than three pets instead of just killing the lady and dumping her body outside the local aspca shelter for cremation.

If the cats were cared for and spayed and neutered I don't think it is that big of a deal. I think the bigger problem is why did the state to do nothing about owning a chimp that attacked someone. I cat is not going to maul you!
