Unscrupulous and dangerous dental paractice in the heart of Quincy!

I recently had a horrible experience at "http://www.qualitydentalcarellc.com/" ;. My experience was unpleasant and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Going against my better judgment I followed through with the "Checkup and cleaning" which resulted in botched X-rays, lack of information and communication, and finally a painful "cleaning" which I feel may have resulted in two cracked teeth.
After confronting the clinic with my opinion of their poor services they brushed me off, refused to give me billing information or the name of the "Doctor" who worked on me and told me that if I wanted to speak with they further they I would have to go through "the police".
I believe it is possible that this dingy, unprofessionally run, office is preying upon lower class citizens on Mass Health who may not be aware that they are being assaulted and taken advantage of.
I have filed a formal complaint with Mass Health against this agency and have an upcoming appointment with a more reputable dental service, "Gentle Dental", to confirm what I believe to be substantial and deliberate damages from this unscrupulous dental office which is taking advantage of unfortunate people.
I will keep the Community informed of the result of my examination and will continue to protest the practices of "Quality Dental Care LCC Quincy Ma." if the results of my follow up exam confirm recent and malicious damages by this violent, deceitful, and dishonest practice.
If "Quality Dental Care LLC" in Quincy has performed unnecessary, or negligent damages to you or a loved one, report your incident to Quincy City Hall by phone or E-Mail [e-mail] and you may be eligible to participate in a potential Class Action Lawsuit against this dental office.

What are "Lower class citizens?"

Don't expect any better from "Gentle Dental."

I have been "Talked into" having work re done there which I thought was needless, but went along with them, and now have problems where there were none before.

Many people close to me who branded me a cynic when I'd say the medical profession is "All about the money," now have come around to agreeing with me. Every time they kill somebody, there are two waiting to take their place.

If you seek the truth about drug companies and medicine on the INTERNET, you will find it. Lobby power, money, greed, it makes me sick. Most of the family style dentists who cared about their patients were forced out of business, became alcoholics, or committed suicide. If you have a good one, cling to them and show your appreciation, they are rare and valuable.

If you beleive that Gentle Dental is reputable, you will soon find out that you are very mistaken.
The office in Lake Worth, called Gentle Dental of Boynton Beach
used deceptive billing practices. They tell you the procedure is covered by your insurance and then send you a bill saying it was not. Like they didn't know!
They also insist that everyone needs a deep cleaning and the covered by insurance cleaning is a waste.
So unless you enjoy being ripped off, stay away from that office.
If you happen across an honest office here in Florida, please post the name. I'm still looking.

If you're looking for quality care with personal attention, don't go to the Pompano Gentle Dental office. You are just another $ coming through the door and will be treated as such. I felt as they barely remembered me from one visit to the next, and there were many visits in a short period of time. As I sat in the chair with my mouth open, the dentist and her assistant chatted about reality shows, family, and their daily activities. The doctor went back and forth from me to other patients as I sat in the chair and hoped she would remember what she was doing to me. I spent a huge amount of money to get porcelain veneers only to be greatly disappointed with the outcome. The color is darker than I hoped for, the fit is terrible and my mouth has been miserable ever since. When I spoke to the dentist she seemed unconcerned and just told me everything was fine. After doing more research, I don't feel she did everything necessary for this procedure, and definitely was not concerned with my lack of satisfaction with the results. The only good thing I can say about this office is that the hygienist is a doll and does a great job.
