Check out who is posted--at
least one of the Learning
Links members--, who was accessing
computers at Quincy Community Action.
Learning Links is right beside the comic
book store where children, and young teens
like to go.(These convicted people are
not supposed to be near children.)

The right thing to do is report
in writing about questionable
characters, derelicts, or people
who follow, annoy, or harrass
other people. When you see something
say something,as MBTA recommends.
It is public computer access. A citizen
has the right to report an incident.

But common sense tells you not to report
lifelong South Shore residents with
traceable Massachusetts family history,
and employment.
