Quinn couldn't get House Speaker Michael Madigan to sit down with him and Senate President John Cullerton to try to hammer out a compromise after that. Heck, Quinn couldn't get Madigan to talk to him on the telephone.

We, taxpayers, need to vote out Madigan. Our state is in debt. I am a state employee and my doctors make me pay upfront now, because the state insurance plan is nine months late in paying its bills. I am tired of Madigan acting like he is a King. He is a Servant. He serves you and me.
