This news article is must reading. The news writer reports that Delegate Smigiel says he is "proud" of suing the state to try to stop slots from coming into the state and Cecil County!.

My sister is working at the new Hollywood slots parlor in Perryville and she was laid off from the Chrysler plant in Neward and out of work for a long time. Now she has a good job with health care and other benefits, thanks to slots coming to Cecil County!

My family is NOT proud that Del. Smigiel sued the state to try to stop slots and prevent my sister from finally getting a job. We are Republicans but we will be voting against Republican Smigiel this year. He should stop wasting his time-- and our tax dollars-- trying to sue to kill our jobs.

I'll be voting for jobs for the Shore. I'll be voting for Mumford and Manlove, people who are From the Shore and For the Shore. Pipkin and Smigiel are from Baltimore. They don't have our best interests at heart.

It's too bad that the good guys, Mumford and Manlove, lost in the election. Better luck next time. The smipkins must go.
