Appeals court says AZ can seize wired money

An Arizona appeals court has reversed a ruling that prevented state prosecutors from seizing suspected immigrant smuggling money flowing from other American states into northern Mexico.

So, common sense. How much cheaper is it to live in Mexico? The hispanic community is hurting the rest of us that are working toward a better America. Hispanics come over here whether legally or illegally and send money back to Mexico to their families and they live very good for quite awhile on just $10,000. I feel that anyone that is sending money to Mexico (no matter what race you are) should be investigated thoroughly before they can make the transaction. They are taking our money and sending it down to Mexico when it should be here in America.
