I see many opportunities for the government to correct wrongs that would surely help with the countrys deficit and protect its citizens. One such case will be prosecuted in Quarryville PA on Oct. 5, 2010. It is a severe case of identity theft where the person stole over $17,000.00 and from the State Treasury. Because it is her first offense the district attny is sure she will get a slap on the wrist. This is the State treasury, what happened to paying back the money and serving jail time. Because she has children and is living on welfare, when she is more than capable of working, she will probably get away with STEALING from a system that is already in a deficit. Who has to pay? Both for her deciet and her livlihood the Pennsylvania Tax payers that who. If the state government is run this way it in no wonder we are in he shape we are at the federal level. She is to lazy to work, steals someone elses unemployment,(who is laid off seasonally due to hiring freeze at this time)and lives off the same system that is providing for her. Does this sound like the type of people we want to slap on the wrist. If you have a comment or opinion I would just like to know your thoughts.
